This wall-hanging version of Muiredach's cross is based on the 17' 8" stone cross found at Monasterboice, Co. Louth, Ireland. The original cross is over 1000 years old and depicts eight religious scenes. From bottom to top: 1. Adam and Eve, Cain and Abel 2. David and Goliath 3. Moses and the Israelites 4. Adoration of the Magi 5. Scales of Judgment 6. Christ, the Devil, and various souls at the Last Judgment 7. Angels 8. St. Anthony and St. Paul
